Sting How would you make it better?

I'm not sure if this was already a thread or not..couldn't wait, for the search bar..it was taking to long....
Well after watching the movie for the tenth time..(I work in the theaters).. I could think of a few parts I would've made a bit better, or add on...but at the moment I can only think of one, (sorry it's late brains not working) The part when Legolas and Gimli were counting how many of the Orks they were killing..Gimli could've asked Aragorn how many, and he could have said..like: "I lost count after 100" when Gimli could've just been on 15 or something

Tolkien

Well, for instance, they stayed true to the books on that part. If you read the chapter on Helms Deep, Legolas and Gimli were at a contest with each other as to who would kill the most. It had nothing to do with WHO was killing the most, it merely had to do with "a dwarf would not let an elf win, vise versa" type thing.
It was just one of those things that they took from the books. It would be wrong to change it.
BTW, Welcome to the Downs!!!!!!
[ 11:39 AM January 26, 2004: Message edited by: Eruwen ]

If I'm not wrong, Gimli got 42, but in the EE he said 43. I didn't understand why it couldn't just be 42.
