When that didn't work too well, they left them in a ditch somewhere and they weren't discovered until yesterday when someone was digging for gold and blew themselves up.

Granted, the Witch-king lives, but Mordor still falls. In the wake of Sauron's defeat the Witch-king must find other work. He starts a one man show in Minas Tirith entitled "Sands of Time: A Nazgul's Regret". He recounts his whole life up until Sauron's defeat. However, because they get obsessed with their frappe-chinos and other type high fat drinks, many Elves get ridiculously obese. This leads to broken tree houses in Lorien, cracked paving stones in Rivendell and sinking boats at the Grey Havens. On the plus side, Sauron fails to see the need in invading and instead decides to just have Orcs push them down the stairs while he laughs.

Your wish is my command. The Army of Morgul starts cheering and rooting Gothmog on. The Witch King gets jealous and swoops down on him. Gandalf, not seeing the Nazgul, decides to temporarily exit the City and dispose of the new commander. He charges out on Shadowfax, thunders towards the mighty orc, and collides with the Lord of the Nazgul.
Ka Blammo! With two intensely opposite supernatural forces so close, the upshot of the thing is that all their power is instantly released in two simultaneous incredibly huge explosions. The Ringwraith is sent into the Void, but his magic alone cannot over come Gandalf. Luckily, Sauron put a minor "anti-wizard" spell on the Nazgul, so some of Mithrandir's wizardry is reversed, and that in addition to the Witch King's magic destroys Gandalf.
This leaves Gothmog in charge with only Imrahil to lead the Gondorians. Of course, Gothmog (being way cooler) conquers Minas Tirith. This enables him to get his forces inside some walls and repulse the charge of the Rohirrim, and then crush Aragorn when he arrives. Frodo destroys the ring, Sauron is destoyed, but all his troops join Gothmog because so awesome. And all because of a few hundred thousand fans. Good job, Babidi!

Yep, everyone is a dragon now, but the hierarchy of power is still pretty much the same. Sauron, Gandalf, etc are still the greatest, and the hobbits still the underdogs/simpletons. Nothing really changes, except they all breathe fire.

"Uh oh", the last things Gothmog utters after as the rest of his face melts onto your shoulder. You find yourself trapped amidst the fleshy globs of the well-fed orc's visage. While this doesn't serve as too much of a hinderance at first it ultimately becomes his undoing when the two of you are crushed by giant stones flung from Minas Tirith into Pelennor fields. Sad day.

However, Bilbo does not know how to play the game, and Gollum spends so long explaining it to Bilbo that Gandalf and the Dwarves manage to find and save Bilbo. Gollum gets killed by the dwarves (against Gandalf's better reasoning), and isn't there at the end to take the ring from Frodo and fall into the Cracks of Doom. Evil wins.

Your wish is granted, but Turin is still cursed and ends up killing Cirdan, who never gets to give his ring to Gandalf, and so Gandalf is weaker in the Third Age, and can't make fire to escape from the wolves in The Hobbit, and so Bilbo is eaten with the ring, which makes the wolf invisible and causes the destruction of the West, due to the ring not being destroyed.

I wish that the Blue Wizards had stayed in the West of Middle-Earth.
