anyone good at translations?

hey, just joined this site, hoping someone here might be able to help me
i'm not to good with my elvish, havent been learning the longest time, i've got a phrase/line i want translated, now i have two possible ideas of what it should be
but i'm not sure if any of it's right, anyone able to have a quick browse?

nyérë ná an lië man istima mani i ten'oio kwarea
sorrow is for people who know what the future holds

nyérë ná an lië man ista ma i hapapame
sorrow is for people who know what the future holds

if any of thats right could some one let me know =) much appreciated.
