Pipe HoME books

hi. i've in the past few years found myself to be an a: middle earth fan and b: collector of vintage books. right now, i own the 1965 copies of hobbit, fellowship, two towers, and return of the king (unfortunately sans the box), as well as a pretty rad copy of silmarillion. i was wondering, before i buy any mass market sort of thing for the HoME books, when were they first published? i have yet to be able to find that information anywhere. thanks!

There are plenty of books about ME. Here's a link to the same question.

Hey you guys,
I was wondering if there were any translations of the HOME serie. I am able to read them in English but I just prefer my own language (dutch). I'm not a newbie, I usually hang around at TORN

Well, i have been able to find in the net a couple of chapters of Morgoth's Ring in spanish. I guess you could find some in dutch, if you look in the right places.
