Orc and Troll afterlife
Do Orcs and Trolls go to the Halls of Mandos when they are slain? Kind of makes sense, seeing how Orcs are corrupted elves and trolls are corrupted ents. I wonder if they get their own rooms.

There is discussion in Tolkien's Letters that such creatures were not beyond redemption. Perhaps there were some trolls, such as the one featured in the poem PERRY-THE-WINKLE (no doubt taken from actual hobbit legend ), who may have gone to the Halls of Waiting. But do Ents and (good) Trolls go to Mandos? Or like the Dwarves, have an afterlife that is unknown to the other races? But orcs and goblins are another story. How many orcs have thought, "I'm fed up with this! I'm tired of black bread, fell meats, working like a slave, etc. I'm gonna grab one of the girls from the Great Goblin's harem and settle down out in the hills of Faraway and not bother no one never again!" Perhaps a few? But for the most part, I rather expect their foul spririts were to be cast into the void to enjoy the company of Morgoth! They seemed for the most part to enjoy their wicked and depraved lives.
