LotR lookalikes!
Basically you find pictures which eerily resemble LotR characters! I'll start:
This is Slartibartfast, Saruman's evil (or good) twin!

Me and my sister thought that the co-host of the first American Idol, Brian Dunkleman, looked an awful lot like Elijah Wood, but I think we were the only ones.

I also know another person who looks very like Elijah Wood, another of my Dads friends. Perhaps they should all get together and do a remake of the movie?

It's probably just my over exagerrating mind playing trickses on my but I seem to be seeing a LOT of Elijah Wood look-a-likes! Tons! No Orlando Bloom look-a-likes though ... **sighs**
My chemistry teacher looks like a cross b/w Gandalf the Grey and Saruman. And my old pastor looks like Gollum, and that's about it I think. Well my uncle does look somewhat like Eomer I guess. But much darker and shorter hair. ANyways...

My friend thinks our Spanish/Journalism teacher looks like an older version of Elijah. I don't think so, as his hair style and cut is different, but it must be the blue eyes.
I know this classmate who looks almost identical to Miranda Otto as Eowyn. She has long, wavy blond hair and even her face shape resembles Miranda's! She is very lucky.

This guy I know said that my best friend looks like Arwen (or should I say, Liv Tyler). Personally I think my best friend could pass for an elf if she were taller.

Every time I see Orlando Bloom (not as Legolas) he reminds me of my first husband. It's quite bizarre for me.

The guy who plays John (or is it Jack?) Hannah in the new Terminator movie looks an awful lot like Dominic Monaghan. Isn't him, though, I checked. Did anyone notice this? The trailer for T3 was shown every time I went and saw TTT. Freaky!
LePetitChoux, is that the Slartbartifast of Hitchhiker fame? Not how I pictured him, I must say...

The catcher on Disney's The Rookie I thought looked ALOT like Sean Astin. I just can't seem to find a picture anywhere.
Oh, and my friend Emily at school recently got blue contacts that look so much like Elijah's eyes. {I envy her so much} |

Every time in the second Harry Potter movie (which made me decide I will probably NOT see the third...) and Malfoy's dad showed up, I would practically scream out, "Evil Legolas!!" or, better yet "Haldir!!"
And the guy who plays John Proctor in the Crucible looks like Aragorn in the LotR movie...

My bony little sister bears a remarkable resemblance to Gollum. Once she covered her hands in plastic wrap and hid under the table until dinner time so she could rub people's legs and beg for scraps from "master". It was really creepy.

I also was reminded of Haldir when I saw Malfoy in HP. I couldn't help saying to myself, "Haldir, you turned evil! What happened?"

Oh, has anyone seen those Skittles commercials? I'm talking about the one I guess is supposed to be in Scotland and the guy on the horse comes up. If you ask me, he bears a striking resemblance to Viggo Mortenson. They could have used Viggo for that commercial and I think it would have looked better, actually.
I was watching some thing on tv the other day and they had thise guy talking about some movie. I forgot what I was watching. But his voice sounded almost exactly like Dom's when he is immitaing John Rhys-Davies on the Extended Version DVD. Does voice sound-alikes count in this thread? |

My friend and I were convinced that Malfoy's dad and Haldir were played by the same actor, until I looked it up on the Internet.
Oh, does anyone know the Corn Pops commercial where the guy jumps on the rail in a skating park but he doesn't have a skateboard? Then it says "A day without a board... is like a day without Corn Pops." Anyway, there's one guy who it shows for a couple of seconds and he shakes his head or something, and it looks exactly like Elijah Wood! I'd claim it was him, but I don't think he'd do such a small part in a commercial like that.
