Not quite, it is
Sauron has regained much of his former strength. He cannot yet take physical form, but his spirit has lost none of its potency. Conceled within his fortress, the lord of Mordor sees all... His gaze pierces clouds, shadow, earth and... flesh. You know of what I speak, Gandalf. A great eye, lidless, wreathed in flame... The Eye of Sauron.

Yah, but you have to say who said it, and who it was said to, if it were said to anyone and where it was said.

Beanamir, have a look at the Quotable Quotes Rules, which set out the guidelines for this forum. As you will see, you have to give the correct answer (or wait until nothing has happened for 10 days) before you can ask the next question.
In this case, since Dorathain_Flamesword hasn't been on the forum for a number of years, I would suggest that SmeagolLizzie sets the next question. But, if he/she doesn't do so within the next 10 days, then yours can stand. Hope that helps.
