Afraid not. The fragment recited in FoTR appears to be all that JRRT wrote; i.e. just enough to convey a strong sense of an immense history as a backdrop to LoTR.

Now hold on just a minute. Although there are no actual verses that I know of, there is a more complete story out there (in UT or the Silm, maybe). The Silm tells of when Gil-galad was made King of the elves when Tuor's people met up with Elwing's people, both groups refugees. the story is spread out over a bunch of stuff, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

Well, yes, the story is somewhat more spread out once you look outside of the LotR, but I think what Mithadan is pointing out is that there are no more actual verses on Gil-Galad written by Tolkien.
