Silmaril Ages of the Lamps and the Trees

Are there any dates concerning the Age of the Lamps and the Age of the Trees? Does Tolkien ever specify how many thousands of years these represent?

If we go with the Annals of Aman in History of Middle-earth X [Morgoth's Ring], we get:

1500: Lamps built
3450: Lamps destroyed
3500: Trees came into being; new reconing: Year 1 under the Light of the Trees
1495: Trees destroyed

All of these dates are in Valinorean years.
1 Valinorean year = 9.582 Sun Years (as in Middle-earth).

This page has a timeline of the occurrences before the Rising of the Sun. So I imagine you might be interested in seeing it.
