What was the power the ELESSAR had?
I know it was given to Galadriel by Mithrandir when he came from Valinor.
Then, Galadriel gave it to Aragorn (or to Arwen, and she to Aragorn?) But what was the power the stone had? Did it gave Aragorn the luck he had in battle? OR WHAT?

I think it was just a token of his status as an Elf-friend.

It was the Elfstone that was either made by
1. Celebrimbor in Nagothrond 2. The guy who taught Celembrimbor in Gondolin. It was an elvish thing so it basically didn't have power, but was in a very small way like the three elven rings(this is from unfinished tales.) very small way it gave a kinda enlightenment. Lets see If i remember how to do color.

I agree that it was just a token of appretiation. Each was given to a friend[or in Arwen's case, a lover.]

"Laws and Customs" HoME 10, tells us that the mother of the bride gace a present to the groom. With Celebrian missing, Galadriel gave the customary present to Aragorn the 'groom' of Arwen.
In U.T, the Ellesar of Enerdil was able ot help to heal the havens of Sirion, so it may have healing properties, though there are two diffrent 'Ellesars', or rather two different stories on it.

The two stories about the origin of the Elessar:
1. Gandalf broguht it back from the West. 2. Celebrimbor made another Elessar for Galadriel, simialr to the one Earendil brought to the West. Either way, the Elessar is described in UT (*) as being an extraordinarily powerful artifact - just behind the three elven rings in potency. Specifically, Celebrimbor says that it was his greatest work "save the three rings only". This would make it greater than the seven or the nine. Not only did Earnedil use it to heal the many men and elves in Sirion, it also made the entire region "green and fair". In one of the stories of the Elessar, Galadriel uses it to sustain Lorien when she can't use her elven ring. A further analysis of LoTR shows that Tolkien indeed kept subtle hints to the power of the Elessar. Any time Aragorn wears it in the open he is transformed. In the seen where the fellowship splits in RoTK, "Many Partings", as the party turns for one last look at Aragorn, he holds the Elessar aloft "and there came a green fire from his hand". It may even have been the source of his healing powers in Minas Tirith. He ssems to have the power to heal wounds that once were beyond him. The Elessar is no trinket. *please see Unfinished Tales, "History of Galadriel and Celeborn", sub-chapter "The Elessar". [ March 09, 2003: Message edited by: Adanadhel ]

She wore the Elendilmir (If I spelt that wrong correctme, I don't have the books with me) , which was lost with Isildur, when he was shot down by Orc Arrows, but it was later found in a chamber of Saruman in Orthanc.

Yes Silmarien wore the Elendilmir and it then became the symbol of the Lords of Andunie it was lost when Isildur fell into the river. Another Elendilmir was made in Imladris for the kings of Arnor and the Cheiftains of the Dunedain. It was later discover in Orthanc along with a number of other treasures that he'd 'found'.
