What if the Dark Lord had children??
I mean if the Dark Lord had children they would be really powerful and the story of LOTR would never end ????
Because even if the Ring was destroyed his children would not be affected. ??

Not all women are attracted to power. Perhaps you, rutslegolas , would like to try and find Sauron a date?
I'm not sure it was possible for Sauron to have kids anyway. That's just something I remember from another thread, its not that I have deep knowledge of the subject. Can anyone else shed some light on this matter?

Eomer, to answer your question: Sauron, if he weren't evil, could not have begotten offspring with another Maia, but he could have, presumably, with one of the Eruhini (as Melian did with Thingol). Since he was 'evil', he could not have reproduced at all in any biological sense.

I'm not sure if he could have kids?!? but if he did, don't you think he would be evil and cruel to them, as he is a dark lord? just a thought that crossed my mind!
If he did, then the peoples of ME would have a lot more work to do, if there were more dark lords to defeat. The whole story would probably change. Because, when Isildur destroyed Sauron, he wouldn't have to come back because he would have kids to carry on his evil- doing! I guess that means he wouldn't need the ring, so Frodo wouldn't have to destroy it. That's kind of confusing but, it's just what I thought.
