Word Association Game
Back when I died on the Downs for the first time, years ago, I started this game. It was so popular that I took a break from the Downs for a month or so, came back, and found the thread alive and well! I figure, it can't hurt to see if you folks will like it.
Here's all you do. You say a word and we associate it to LotR. For example I say Galadriel First thing you think of is Elendil so you say Elendil When I read Elendil I think of Aragorn so I say that When somebody reads Aragorn they think of Kingsfoil so they put Kingsfoil See where I'm going with it? Awesome! To kick off this thread, I'm going to begin with: Pipeweed

Should there be a rule that forbids saying the same word again? It would make this much funnier (and difficult) when the game goes on.

Reminiscing about the days on the Downs and resurrecting this game is a brilliant way to keep the outcome details LotR spirit alive. Pipeweed, ah, it takes me to the peaceful Shire. So, my word is Shire. Let the associations continue.
