Ungoliant to Morgoth, after they killed the trees and wrecked havoc upon the Blessed Realm, and killed Finwe, the first blood spilled in Valinor. If location matters it was in Endor "Middle earth", but I do not remember the name of the place except that it meant Echoing Hills.
