I'm not sure if there is a official *list*, but if you do the search for TTT Extended Version you should find which scenes there will be, like they were going to add more with the Ents with a flash-back of Boromir.
See you later!
~M
Edit: Click
Here for the thread saying what's in there. Not complete, but a good idea.
[ June 29, 2003: Message edited by: Morquesse ]

A magazine called DVD Review had a huge feature on the TTT dvd in issue 52. One column was about the November extended release, and here is the list they give (this is their own guess, so not everything is here):
- "You have the gift of foresight, tell me what you have seen." This scene between Arwen and Elrond appeared in the trailer, but was missing from the theatrical cut.
- The Two Towers preview on the Fotr dvd shows a scene where Elrond says: "If we do not trust the strength of men then we trust to the victory of Sauron."
- Jackson has also talked about a flashback of Smeagol, but this scene is expected to appear in Rotk.
- There are more scenes featuring Arwen which are in the books but did not appear in the theatrical cut. One sees the elven princess lying on a bed in Rivendell, while in another, she shares a lovers' kiss with Aragorn.
(To me, the bed in Rivendell sounds like the scene with her in the red and black dress... is that a Rotk scene? Or is there yet another bed?)
- One of the early trailers for TTT, shown towards the end of the theatrical run of Fotr, shows the specific moment when Saruman, concentrating over a book in his study, suddenly realises that Gandalf has found the lost king of Gondor in Aragorn. The scene is followed up by a speech, most likely in company with Wormtongue after he has been thrown out of Rohan by Gandalf for his treachery.
- Eowyn grasps her sword as an orc approaches from around the corner.
- the scene where Faramir and his men find Boromir's boat may be extended, as a shot of Faramir within a misty forest did not appear in the theatrical release.
- with Sauron and Saruman "tightening the noose", a scene between Gandalf and Aragorn -which the TTT video game featured heavily as its ending- sees the resurrected wizard tell Aragorn that: "Sauron will strike hard and fast at the world of men... war is upon us."
- Clips within the TTT preview on the Fotr dvd include a scene of significant importance, most likely cut for time. Elrond travels to Lothlorien and convinces Celeborn to send Haldir and the elves to Helms Deep.
- After approaching the Shards of Narsil, Arwen takes the sword to be re-forged- although this scene may be used within Rotk.
- A bloodied and battle-weary Eowyn may possibly battle some orcs or uruk-hai that slipped past the cave defences at Helms Deep. However this scene may well have been cut completely.
(Isn't this the same as the orc scene already mentioned, though?)
My advice to everyone looking for extended material is, as the article mentions, to watch the original TTT trailer. Almost all of it is cut material or Rotk scenes, or so it appears to me. It features a shot of Eomer that was not shown in the theatrical release. I'm assuming this is the scene where Theodred is wounded.
I have seen a shot of Wormtongue at Isengard. I don't know if that is a Rotk scene or not. Is it possibly a cut TTT scene?
