24 hours
You have one day to go anywhere and do anything you want in Middle Earth. What would you do and where would do go?

I would (and this is assuming that I won't get into a whole lot of trouble for what I do and I'll just say this is after Bilbo found the ring, but before he leaves it to Frodo and goes to Rivendell.):

I would be in Mirkwood all day. Or Rivendell.. Or perhaps Lothlorien. Hhhhmmm.. just Middle-Earth? That means no going to The west and meet the Valar, right? Hhhhhmmmm... I would.. Try to learn as much as possible about everything I could. I would panic, not knowing what to do first.
Ok, this is how I think it would look when I arrive in Middle-Earth: Huh? Where am I? Wasn't I just in school listening to the history teacher? Well, this looks like Middle-Earth to me. Better go explore! *gets into the deep forest of Mirkwood. Can't be silent, so I get captured by some elves* Uhhh, wait, don't shoot! Lemme think.. elen sila lummen omentielvo? uuummm.. MELLON! MELLON! *gets dragged away to the castle, can't understand anything. is being thrown into the dungeons and sits there the rest of the day, then wakes up back in history class, since one of my friends shake me* Wake up, the lesson is over!

Take Frodo out for some fun. The guy is far too serious. Heh. Man, that'd be great.... well... for me. I can't speak for the poor hobbits.

*wanders around in Mirkwood until she gets captured by an Elf*
"Elbereth Gilthoniel, hûn nîn! Tolo, Edhel. Le melin. Edhel na ril! Cuin na le?" I say to the bewildered Elf. "Tangado had!" the poor Elf replies. I persist bothering the poor handsome Elf and until he lets me come home with him...then I meet the next, more attractive Elf and the cycle begins all over for the 24 hour time period... Oooooor... I go to the Shire and just lay back watching the Hobbits and "awwww"'ing every now and then. Could I go back in time? Because then I would go to Thingol's palace and marvel at its glory...

Ya, this can be at anytime in ME that you want. Hm...that means you could spend your day following the Fellowship.

Anyway, if I could go to Middle-earth for just one day....yep, prob'ly panic first (OMG, how did I get here, wasn't I just in math class, how in the world...[and so on]). Let's see....
Annoying Sauron would be fun; and he thought that he was the most evil person in Middle-earth!!! I'd also want to go to Rivendell or Lorien to see the Elves, but the Hobbits would have to come with me (can't go anywhere without Merry, Pip, Frodo, and Sam!!) LOTR 4EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh that's an easy one:
*Hang out with Merry and Pip, getting into fireworks, drinking pints, stealing veggies, and over all, just plain getting into trouble! [ November 26, 2002: Message edited by: Samwise_Gamgee ]
