Who would win in a fight......

Here are some funny combinations for fights for you to vote on...

1. Bill the Pony vs. Shadowfax

2. Treebread vs. Old Man Willow

3. Galadriel vs. Arwen

4. Tom Bombadil vs. Elrond

5. Fatty Bolger vs. The Witch King

Shield

1. Bill the Pony vs. Shadowfax; For pure pluck and dodgedness, Bill, but I'm afraid Shadowfax would outstrip Bill in beauty, strength, speed, and pure nobility.

2. Treebread vs. Old Man Willow; Treebeard any day. Old Man Willow is just a tree, albeit a bad-tempered one, but Treebeard is a tree-herd and can control trees.

3. Galadriel vs. Arwen; Galadriel is a High Elf, one who dwelt in Valinor, and although Arwen is a descendant of a Maia, I think Galadriel would take the upper hand.

4. Tom Bombadil vs. Elrond; I don't think it would ever come to a fight between them because of their widely differing areas of expertise. Like sending a submarine against a spaceship or something.

5. Fatty Bolger vs. The Witch King; Fatty, being a hobbit and a friend of Merry, would crawl around on the ground and stab at the Dark Captain's legs, but the Dark Captain himself would easily be able to cow the one conspirator who didn't want to go on the quest with Frodo.

1. Shadowfax, very little contest

2. Treebeard, he can walk and control trees. Old Man Willow is just a crotchety old tree with some twisting roots.

3. Galadriel, being a high elf and all.

4. Seems a bit strange, but I would have to say Tom Bombadil, since he's....well, he's Tom Bombadil

5. FATTY BOLGER FOR SURE!!!

Some ther considerations..

6. Ugluk vs. Grishnįkh

7. Gaffer Gamgee vs. Saruman

8. Smaug vs. Gandalf

9. The Mouth of Sauron vs. The Eye of Sauron

This topic has been done before. here and here.

The first one is pretty good, so let's take this over there and have some fun without creating duplicate topics.
