Gandalf VS Dumbledore
Basically dump them both in an open plain with no prep time, just Gandalf with Glamdring and his staff, and Dumbledore with his wand or whatever he carries.

Adutalathion,
This message should have probably gone in the Newcomers and Novices forum. This forum here is dedicated solely to discussions about the books of the LOTR trilogy. This topic really has nothing to do with the books. Just for future reference!

i reckon after like five minutes gandalf would get so annoyed with dumbledore he would proably run away in the middle of the night just to save being with him. or even better he might kill him!

This is maddness...In My opinion, there a lot alike!
Not to mention the fact that...IAN McKANE(sp?) Played them both! But if I had to choose...Gandalf's got a lot more spunk! And I lke him better anyways

Hmmm - Gandalf can play with the basic forces of nature. Sauron, who is basically Satan incarnate, fears him.
Dumbledore can, I don't know, do other good stuff? Gandalf would win, anyway.
