Kill?
Basically, which character or characters annoy you the most... and why?
I personally would love to violently attack Turin, that curse made him one very unpleasant being. Incest for one, killing his best friend, being miserable most of the time... he's high in my respect as a warrior; but his character traits are really sullen. Well...firstly I guess that as an opinion thread this should come in the Newcomers section.
Secondly...I guess I was most annoyed by Hurin. I mean, because of him both Gondolin and Doriath fell...I hate that guy.

People I find hot, I usually don't want to kill......Does it have to be a book? Because I really want to kill Merry and Pippin when they bounce idiotically on Frodo's bed at the end of the Return

Ack, you're just killing off allies like Morgoth wants you to!
What we SHOULD be doing is uniting against the common enemy! ... Gandalf uncloaking! (sorry, couldn't help it) |

It appears to be a slang term which has not translated well. Unless someone puts a delightfully mirthful spin on things, this ain't gonna be no classic thread.

It was sort of funny to find this was a hit-list thread. Well, unexpected, anyway.

Sometimes I really want to throttle that show-off Legolas in the movie, especially when he gets drunk with Gimli. That answer should cover both the "hot" and the "kill".

Mine is... you guessed it, Maedhros. Kinslayer and my namesake killer. He deserves to die for all the deaths he caused...including Lalaith's death from the battle preparations he riled others on...

Maeglin.
In this family-friendly forum, I can't use words the words I'd like to use to describe how much I despise him.

Since narfforc already thoughtfully offered the pun on balrogs and Arien, I won't venture that territory. Wondering though - could the hottest be the one with the hottest head? Fëanor? Some of his sons? Túrin? Very conscious of the fact that this makes several bearded old men hot too, though. So, friends, from now on, you are supposed to find Gandalf the Grey uncloaking... stimulating.
