The Mouth of Sauron has just left Hobbiton.
Boundaries of Wilderland

In the Fellowship of the Ring Tolkien states that the Emyn Muil was " the southern march of Wilderland " .

I you accept that the western boundary of Wilderland was the Misty Mountains, does that mean that Lorien , Fangorn and the Wold in northern Rohan were all part of Wilderland ?

Yes.

Anything north of Rohan and east of the Misty Mountains (or even east of Bree)would have been considered by the writers of the Red Book (hobbits of The Shire) as "Wilderland".

The folk who live there might dissagree.
