Quick introductory note. I typed this post yesterday at work. Thus, these are my opinions as of the middle of last Night. Goodie for me. Anyway, moving right along then.
For. The. Derp. I’d gotten the lovers’ knowledge mixed up, and forgotten that Hephaestus didn’t know Aphrodite at the start. (I’d somehow decided in my brain that since Hades knew about Persephone, Hephaestus would know who Aphrodite was.) That explains a lot. o_O
Oh well. A wolf is a wolf, and in fact that was the wolf we needed to get. So yay!
Quick pause for a vote count from yesterDay.
Shasta-->Mira
Phantom-->Shasta
Lal-->Mira (2)
Foley-->Shasta (2)
Mira-->Shasta (3)
Nerwen-->Mira (3)
Sally-->Shasta (4)
So basically Mira is not Persephone, but I figured that already. If she was, she would have just let herself die (so that at least her lover could get a wolf win, even if they as a pair lost). She’s also likely not Hephaestus; that would be some serious wolf-on-wolf, and I don’t think she cares enough (given all her RL issues right now) to get that hardcore this game. She likely would have just let herself die (as stated before) and let the slightly less stressed Shasta take the wolf victory.
Mira=innocent. My guess is Hebe, because of her hesitation about whether she could reveal.
Lal, however, is looking downright nasty. And I mean nasty. I thought she was evil yesterDay, and toDay I’m nearly sure of it. She’s either Hephaestus, trying yesterDay to save her packmate, or Persephone, trying to save her lover.
Lal=guilty. My guess is Hephaestus.
Nerwen fits into the same category as Lal. I completely believe she could be Persephone, but she could also still be Hephaestus. Her blasé attitude about my vote made me think that she is Shasta’s packmate, because if so she could have still won on her own. Of course it easily could have been an act, and I quite think it was. After Zeus’ performance, I’m thinking she (she here meaning Persephone) could turn cobbler and side with her dearly departed’s packmate.
Nerwen=guilty. Process of elimination says she’s Persephone. Thus, past tense guilt I suppose.
Since I’ve decided that Lal and Nerwen have to be evil on some level, that means Foley can’t be. I really like my previous theory of her being Dionysus (assuming it still exists). It would explain some of the anomalies in her behavior, since I don’t think she’s familiar with the role of a cursed.
Foley=innocent. Most likely Dionysus if he’s still around.
Phantom and I are crazy good. Or at least crazy. Either way....meh.
Phantom=a jerk.
Sally=innocent and snuggle-tastic.
Thus....
++Lal
Well that was anti-climactic.
