Summarily banished to Mordor by me are:

- Annoying telesales people who do not seem to understand the meaning of the polietly phrased no thanks!

- British telecom for refusing to update our exchange so that our village can finally get broadband like the rest of the World!!!!

- And stupid ignorant people who think writing is a waste of time and effort!!!
