Hi everybody *waves* it's been ages since I posted but I thought I'd pop in and let y'all know I'm still a-walking!

The Anduin has been very slow for me

. Still nursing the hip. Working on bringing up my weekly mileage. Happy summer to you all and I hope all is well!
